HVAC System No Air Conditioning Coming Out Of Vents

This was the first service call I recorded. I find no air coming through air conditioning supply registers. I start troubleshooting the air handler finding the blower motor not operating to create air flow at vents. Also, I find 24 volts energizing blower motor relay. Furthermore, 120VAC is also present coming into the fan relay. Yet no voltage leaving relay to the blower motor. Therefore, I replace the faulty relay and test the blower motor. Since this was one of the first videos I apologize for the camera and not best filming.
