Sheikh Yahaya Mwanje and his co accused have been freshly charged with the murder of Maj. Mohammed Kiggundu before high Court could acquit them of the same charges. The four alongside other suspects are among the 23 persons suspected to have murdered AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi. They were arraigned before Buganda Road chief Magistrate, Jameson Kalemani and charges of murder, terrorism and abetting terrorism were read to them this afternoon. Here is more.
