A slight departure from the normal SmokeyGoodness type of video. Santa brought me a griddle for Christmas, and I really wanted to try it. But a wind-chill, low enough to frighten Penguins, kept me inside. For years, I've been studying the technique that Hibachi chefs use, and thought I'd give it a try.
