In this Vlogmas 2018 video, I just had a relaxing day off! I walked my cavalier king charles spaniel for a few miles and found myself reflecting on the mental health benefits of being a dog mom. Being a dog owner can be extremely beneficial to your mental and physical health, sometimes better than talk therapy! I also tried the Nintendo Switch game The First Tree, where you are a Fox but there is some weird narration in the background. It was pretty fun though! Finished out the vlog making Mealime's Falafel Patties with tomato cucumber salad. I hope you enjoy this video!
