Attack the ball the way you would getting to a loose puck, keeping it in front of you the entire time. 1. Have a partner drop or roll a reaction ball in front of you. Or toss/drop it in front of yourself. 2. React and smother the ball as quickly as you can. 3. Complete 5-10 smothers with one hand, then switch to the other. Train to compete. Climb the ranks. Get in with the pros.
