Because the last true Prophet was John the Baptist and no more prophesied prophets to come after John the Baptist. Listen to Messiah Jesus the Great I Am.

Messiah Yah'shua explicitly declared that "For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John, and if ye will receive it, this is EliYah, who was to come" (Matthew 11:13). This phrase speaks of John the Baptist as the prophetic EliYah who would come before the Messiah.

"For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John" that is until the time of John the Baptist. Messiah Yah'shua came at the time of John the Baptist. After John, there is no more prophesied prophet yet to come after Messiah Yah'shua.

Messiah Yah'shua said men were of this world but He was not of this world!
John 8:23 And He said unto them, "Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world."

John the Baptist declared:
John 3:31 "He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: He that cometh from Heaven is above all."

As Messiah Yah'shua said "For I came down from Heaven" (John 6:38), He was not of this world unlike men "born of women" (Matt 11:11). And John the Baptist declared that "He that cometh from Heaven is above all" (John 3:31). Hence Yah'shua is above all!
