I heard that you were kind of dreading your birthday...I hope this changed that. Or at least, I hope it gave you a laugh. XD ♥ OMG THE THUMBNAILS. :C Anyway, I think I've noticed a pattern about me making birthday videos. One month before my friend's birthday, I remember that I need to make a video. I have big plans to have it ready at least a week before it needs to be posted. I spend the whole month looking for songs, and I find the perfect one two days before their birthday, so I spend the remaining two days editing. XD Anyway, go subscribe to the birthday girl and wish her a happy birthday. c; http://www.youtube.com/user/bigpetgirl Due to me pursuing a career in editing, I am protected under the fair use law. All videos are posted for critique. Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. Umm, Youtube, how can you say that I'm not posting these videos for critique? You can't. You're not doing it to stop people from using songs that aren't theirs, you're doing it so that these artists don't sue you, taking the chicken way out of it. Seriously.
