The seats for TARS (Third Ave. Railway System) streetcar are covered and sitting in the varnishing room ready for varnishing. Before they get varnished they have to be gone over to remove any little spikes of rattan - - a very tedious but necessary job. The music in the background is classical station WBACH.(WBQQ)
