Tyranny Spotlight is on Calgary Judge David Gates who said in open court that he doesn't need evidence.  I was able to find an article quoting him that exposes his double standard https://www.thestar.com/news/canada/2017/02/15/jury-to-begin-deliberations-for-man-accused-of-killing-calgary-couple-grandson.html

David tell the jurors they may not speculate or make things up.  Yet, he allows the prosecution to argue without evidence, or speculate.  

Sure is good to to be the king, or one of the "crown's" men.
