Nikola Tesla said "The day when we shall know exactly what electricity is will chronicle an event probably greater, more important, than any other recorded in the history of the human race" Nikola Tesla must have said this because electric charge is an innate part of matter and must therefore represent something fundamental in the Universe. This video explains how EMR or light distorts the fabric of spacetime forming electromagnetic fields and the forward passage of time.
