Red Cross worker Colin Downey describes how the Red Cross Safe and Well program is working to locate missing persons in Joplin, MO following the recent tornado. CERT team members are using the Red Cross Safe and Well list to go to specific addresses identified by concerned family members across the country. On this day, eight people were successfully located by the four-person CERT team Colin followed and were taken off the missing persons list.
