From CNS: The gunman in Sunday's mass shooting at an apartment complex in the University City section of San Diego was despondent over a recent break-up, according to police Chief Shelley Zimmerman. She says Peter Selis, who died in a shootout with officers, called his ex-girlfriend while he was shooting the victims, and says there's no evidence that the race of the victims was a factor.
