Locals call Superior 110 "the blue building" because of the striking tint of its floor-to-ceiling windows. As you'll see in the video, the camera picks up the blue tint, which isn't so apparent to the human eye when you're inside.

Greg Eldridge of @properties invited me to Superior 110 to begin a series of videos on transforming two half-floor units high in the building into a dramatic full-floor home.

What are now two 3-bedroom, 3-bath units will become a 5-bedroom, 5-bath home with over 5,200 square feet of living space, 4 large balconies, and fabulous 360-degree views of the city.

Superior 110 has additional units available for combination, including a 7th floor with a 2,500 square foot outdoor terrace. The combo units are priced from $2.6 to $2.8 million, and buyers are available to configure the space and finishes to suit their imagination.
