United Nations, 27 March 2009 - Daily Briefing by the Office of the Spokesperson for the Secretary General. UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Navi Pillay,  today said she is greatly encouraged by the positive reactions to the shorter version of the draft outcome document for the up-coming anti-racism conference -- which will take place in Geneva from 20-24 April.
