The request of newly-elected Gujarat legislator and Dalit leader Jignesh Mevani to hold a youth rally in Delhi on Tuesday is yet to be accepted by the police. The police cited the orders of the National Green Tribunal to stop rallies at the Parliament Street in the national capital.
