Climate Talks: Reinfeldt Wants More Progress

Fredrick Reinfeldt, the president of the European Council, told reporters on Thursday that he is disappointed with the lack of progress in global climate talks ahead of the December UN meeting in Copenhagen. Reinfeldt is Prime Minister of Sweden, which currently holds the rotating presidency of the European Union.
