Is your backpack full in Fortnite? Managing the backpack inventory currently isn't possible from the main menu (for technical reasons, though it is on their list of things to fix and do). So until then the best way to manage the inventory, without wasting time on a mission is to use your base (assuming there's no mission there). Via a Twitch Highlight.
