For the first time in over 35 years, Edgar Cayce's A.R.E. broke ground on a new building at its Virginia Beach headquarters. The event took place on Thursday, October 6, and was attending by the city's mayor, executive director and CEO Kevin J. Todeschi, and Edgar Cayce's grandson Charles Thomas Cayce. This new facility, named the de Laski Family Foundation Education Center in honor of a major donor to the project, will house expanded classroom space for the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy, offices for Atlantic University, and the Edgar Cayce Foundation archives, which include the original 14,306 psychic readings given by Edgar Cayce over his lifetime.
