In this part, we witness an odd event in which Ossan tries to get rid of the weeds on his lawn, but gets some of the chemicals into the lake, polluting it. Mappo will arrest Ossan for this. Also, you will lose Ossan's and Mappo's friendship bonds. How do you get them back? You will see in a little bit. We also continue Lip's side-quest.

We continue a side-quest in this part:

Lip (Part 3): Continuing from way before, talk to Lip in the morning to see that she is going to do a spell on her house. Unfortunately, she sneezes as she's trying to use the spell, turning the house into a giant mushroom monster. Talk to Lip while she's sulking, and she'll explain that she needs medicine to help out her allergies. Luckily, Crazy Tracy happens to have the medicine. Go with Lip to Tracy's mansion, then go the same path as you did for the yellow medicine earlier. You have to go through all three doors. Lip messes up the first two paths. In the third path, she will block the resetting doors with flowers, revealing the correct one. We will complete Lip's side-quest in the next part.
