I've featured an instigating Missile Launcher before,  which was a very powerful weapon. But how does the 
Might Missile Launcher stack up? the 25% damage increase is not very significant on the weapon's damage stats shown in the Pip-boy. i suspect this is because its base damage is controlled by 2 perks: Heavy Gunner and demolitions Expert.
