This is a slower version of a video I previously posted, https://youtu.be/iLlOVdJoqWE "Watercolor Freckles" For this piece I used a sheet of 11x15 inch 140 lb. Canson Watercolor Paper, that I trimmed down to 8x10 inches. I used Prang watercolors, Sharpie pens, Sharpie markers, white Prismacolor colored pencil, Uniball Signo White Gelly Roller and white acrylic paint. This video is sped up to 4x speed.
