It has to be the revolving restaurant at the top of the Kuala Lumpur Tower , in Kuala Lumpur ,Malaysia. For 14 Euros (just about 20 Us dollasrs)-2011 buffet rates- we had a 3 course buffet meal with the most incredible selection of European and Asian dishes and at the same time the movin floor allows you a 360 degree birds eye view of this spectacular city and with the Petronas Towers a stones throw away
