This puzzle deals with pushing a clown car offscreen. If a clown car has an item inside it, it will follow Mario. This property of the clown car is expoited to get the clown car to the bottom section. However, the hardest part of this puzzle was figuring out how to blow up the question block after getting the beetle out of it. It is too low so the clown car cannot blow up the block by itself. Strangely, if the question block has a P-Switch on top of it (and slightly to the side), the clown car is able to blow it up. I'm not sure why this is and it took quite some time in editor to figure this out. You need to block up that block in order to throw the POW inside the clown car to get it to the other side. The POW allows you to get the spring, which you need to move the launcher.
