Rescuers in Taiwan Struggle to Reach Typhoon Victims

Taiwan has begun receiving foreign aid to help with its rescue and recovery effort in the wake of Typhoon Morokat. As relief supplies arrive more than 1,600 people are still stranded in remote mountainous areas more than a week after the storm hit. VOA's William Ide has this report from Taipei.
