Instacart is building the future of grocery delivery, and to do so we must solve hard logistics problems every day. Our solutions to these problems combine machine learning, optimization algorithms and product experimentation. To make continuous improvement we need to quickly understand how our logistics initiatives are driving system improvement. In this talk we'll introduce our framework for measuring long-term improvement and share how we use Tableau to view these changes day by day.
