Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare arrived in Lae this morning to a rousing welcome by a waiting crowd. After a flight delay, the Air Niugini flight touched down at Nadzab Airport. The Grand Chief emerged from the aircraft assisted by his daughter. While Sir Michael may be in the last months of his political career, he is still a welcome figure in Morobe where he went to school many years ago. Sir Michael will be speaking tonight at a Pangu Pati fundraiser at the Lae Yacht club. - visit us at http://www.emtv.com.pg/ for the latest news...
