Part 25.In the conclusion of MP2 Echoes, Samus had transferred power to the three control stations and acquired the nine keys of the Sky Temple leading her straight to the Sky Temple itself, Samus faces off with the Emperor Ing in a fierce 3-part boss battle assault. After defeating the Emperor Ing, Samus tries to escape only to encounter Dark Samus one last time. Once she defeated Dark Samus, Dark Aether was no more and Samus made it out alive. Like Metroid Prime, the ending determines on how much percentage of items collected with 75% showing Samus in her Zero Suit... a suit that would be seen again in Zero Mission, Prime 3 as well as Smash Bros. Brawl but gaining 100% reveals that Dark Samus lives setting the tone for Metroid Prime 3: Corruption.
