Aftere catching a few trains in Shiloh, IL we went back home to load our bags into the truck. After loading our bags into the track we hit the road. I didnt take a nap on the way there I wanted to but I didnt. Anyways about two hours later we arrived in Macon, MO to go to Wal*Mart to pick up a few drinks and snacks for the hotel. About 20minutes later we arrived in La Plata, MO. When we got there trains were already running. We unloaded the truck to put our bags in the room, well me and Brandon shared a room, and my dad got his own room. After getting settled in Brandon and I signed out the golf cart to head out to the look out point. 30seconds at the lookout point a train comes, we heard the horn at the Santa Fe Lake. We got in our positions. Traffic was non stop that day and night. I saw my bud Amtraknumber4 aka Mr. B across the tracks from the look out point. So here are my trains that I caught that day.
