Nov.07 -- Move over, teenagers. Restaurants are turning to America's senior citizens for part-time jobs. Two trends are at work: a labor shortage, and the propensity for longer-living Americans to keep working—even part-time—to supplement retirement savings. Managers say seniors also have better people skills and are more punctual then their younger counterparts.
