CSX Q431 makes noise and smoke at Ossining

CSX Train Q431, the nightly southbound freight from Selkirk Yard to Oak Point Yard, makes a lot of noise and a lot of smoke as it comes through Ossining Station.  431 is blowing for the station crew that is working on the adjacent platform.  Tonight's consist is SD40-2 8841 on the point, GP38-2 2807, GP38-2 2718, and SD40-2 8844 trailing, with a 41 car mixed freight.
