Pan Am Games 2015: The Toronto Sign. Don't Move It Around The City!!

The 2015 Pan Am Games (July 2015) are happening in Toronto Canada. To help cerebrate the occasion, the city of Toronto put up a beautiful LED sign at Nathan Phillips Square (Toronto City Hall) to help celebrate the event and welcome people to the city. After realizing how much of a draw for tourists (and even those living in the city) the sign was for photo and video ops, the city of Toronto wants to keep it after the Pan Am Games are done. They're now asking the people of Toronto (when the games done done) if the sign should move around the city and be placed at different locations, or stay where it is. Here are my thoughts...
