BP Reports Progress on Relief Wells

BP officials say one of two relief wells being drilled to stop the oil gushing into the Gulf of Mexico could be finished weeks ahead of schedule, perhaps as early as the end of this month. But the Obama administration's point man on the Gulf disaster says the forecast represents an optimistic scenario, one that would require ideal conditions every step of the way. Mil Arcega reports.
