Here's a build video of a slightly different kind showing the process I've developed over several years for making hot wings and sauce. The sauce is the interesting part. Amazingly enough, using a fruit jam as a base really does work. One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that you can vary the ratio of "sweet" to "heat" if you want more fruit or more zing.
