A adorable little Seal that lives near Franks Kits Park in the capital of New Zealand, Wellington. It lives on the breakwater rocks near the footpath.

Sadly I think it lost its family and now Rugby World Cup tourists are feeding it and it stays instead of looking for its colony.

The first time I saw it there was a Little Blue Penguin swimming around it too.
I think this is a Brown Fur Seal, but if anyone knows better than me let me know.
