LM63 VNZ - How not to exit a pub

Driver failed to look right when exiting from Pub in Upton Grey, Hampshire. I'm wearing Fluorescent yellow bib and have dipped beam on including extra driving lights (you can see them in the bumper reflection is you pause the vid). He still didn't see me (I wonder if the pub had anything to do with his temp myopia?). Had to make an emergency stop, luckily managed to stop within inches. He did stop and apologise, which was nice....kinda. Anyhow, I put this narrow escape down to the fabulous and life saving techniques I gathered from the Institute Of Advanced Motorcyclists (Ripley Branch).
