(2 Oct 2018) Ghana's First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo welcomed US First Lady Melania Trump to the country's presidential palace on Tuesday. The pair stood briefly for photographers before entering the palace in Accra. Earlier on Tuesday, Akufo-Addo greeted Trump at Accra's airport as she disembarked on the first stop of her first major solo international trip as US first lady. President Donald Trump's wife plans to promote child welfare during the five-day, four-nation tour. She'll also visit Malawi, Kenya and Egypt.
