Russia's ambassador to Finland has been summoned over allegations it disrupted Finland's global positioning system or GPS. Finland said the jamming of GPS satellite signals had put civil aviation at risk. The disruption coincided with Trident Juncture 18, NATO's biggest military exercises since the end of the Cold War, held two weeks ago. Finland is not a NATO member, but it took part as an ally in the exercise. Moscow has denied the allegation as "baseless."
