Maybe he should spend less time watching this channel and more time working on his skills as a police officer. FYI: This video was made at the end of WINTER. Ofc Sheppards recorded the cyclist at the end of SUMMER while the foliage was still very much in full bloom. So viewing the cyclist would have been even that much more of an impossibility. FACT!
