The intro vid is narrated by a Special Forces member summarizing Gould's story. A group of these folks took it upon themselves to research: 

1. The work has been done to rid of us Admiralty Law (law of the sea or commerce law) and return us to common law (law of the land). Chairman General Joseph Dunford, Secretary of Defense General Mattis and President Donald Trump were aware of this.

2. The videos explain how it was done in detail, most of which has been hidden from us. The RENO vids were done this past summer, which will bring more surprises.

3. The videos are Gould describing in detail how it was done, including a vid with Miller describing the development of the quantum language contractual correct grammar basics, and how it is used. It was used to disprove the financial fraudulent contracts with the Cabal (deepstate/shadowgovt), which is what they were using to enslave us over the past hundred plus years. He also shares his involvement with Special Forces in conducting public courts-martial of hundreds of military members in the early 2000s. 

4. In Gould's Reno vids, done within 45 days after Miller's death this past June 2018, he releases highly "classified" info about his work (in the mid-2000s) with undercover FBI agents and a group of Federal Postal Judges to get the the "copyright usage" of the quantum language's correct-grammar-parse-syntax transferred from Miller to Gould's control. You see...although Miller and Gould were friends (and business partners), he was found to be teaching and sharing the quantum language with top-level Cabal, specifically the Clintons and the Rothschilds, which would have locked us under complete slavery to them forever.

5. Gould has it within his power (officially recognized by Universal Postal Union in Switzerland, all Federal Postal Offices, Vatican, United Nations, high-level financial entities, US Navy and other White Hat entities within Trump's Administration) to end the financial fraud forever. Follow his comments carefully...especially when he talks about his discussions with cardinals, high-level finance people at the Fed, and others. These evil people knew Gould was correct in his position and acknowledged it, yet We The People were never told.

6. The videos explain involvement of Special Forces, undercover FBI, several SCRIBD documents, multiple millions of tons of gold that Gould has control over, and even a new "Peoples" bank waiting in the wings.
