I don’t think you should be in charge of the names
I like my names, man
Apple awesome-ness
Boom
Right, so, let’s get stuck in
Let’s get stuck in
That’s your line
That’s my line, yeah
So, what we do, we soak the oats over night in apple juice
Not to be confused with sowing your oats
You can do that as well yeah maybe just sow your oats as you’re soaking your oats
We’ve been soaking ours all night, soaking not sowing, we’ve been soaking ours all night and they actually smell pretty good. Smell that.
It does actually doesn’t it?
That’s damn find apple juice
So it’s allowed the apple juice to soak right into the oats and just really get the flavour throughout. This is before you even cook them.
Yup, now we’re just going to heat them up a little bit
Yeah, now are we going to cook it with a bit water or just add some more apple juice?
Well you know I'm looking at it and if we start cooking it its just going to go rock solid so we’ve maybe not put enough apple juice in or maybe we’ve got it perfectly
Because basically we’re winging it, right?
We’re completely winging it
So, let’s get some apple juice in that bad boy
I think we try and cook it in apple juice, let’s see what happens
Right, let’s see how it goes
How much? Tell me when
Ehhh, when. There.
Spoon.
That’s not a cooking spoon.
It’s Rab’s job to stir

The benefits of apple awesome-ness
Apple awesome-ness oats
Porridge
Well let’s face it every knows you get a lot of vitamin C from your apples so vitamin c is going to be huge
Thinking of a better adjective. Its going to be huge with a capital H
It’s going to be huge
So it’s high in vitamin C
Vitamin C is great for your immune system,
good for your skin
good for your skin and really good for your memory
yeah
I need to remember more adjectives
I need more vitamin C
and cinnamon that’s actually good for cognitive, which is memory
Yup absolutely
and it tastes pretty damn good, too
The cinnamon just gives it a little edge and lets face it we’re not going to put that much cinnamon in it anyway but it just gives it that compliment to the apple and it tastes damn good
Oaft, is it cooking?
yeah it looks really good now
I can smell it
It smells like baby food
It kinda looks like baby food actually
That doesn't take long to cook that
It doesn’t. Once it’s been soaked the soaking over night does most of the cooking if you want to call it that anyway, it’s really just heating it up
Yeah
I think thats good to go
Alright, bowl
Bowl
We’re going to sprinkle some
cinnamon
Thank you, that’s why we’re a good team
That’s a lot like
oh that’ll do
there we are
look at that
we’ll get a bit of a close up of that bad boy
Apple and cinnamon
How’d you like them apples?
Boom, baby
Apple
So we had some cinnamon left over
wait, wait, wait, wait
This isn't going to go down well, is it?
I’ve never done this and this is your idea so you’re going first
We’re getting two spoons and we’re going at the same time
Mate, I dont trust you to go at the same time
I’ll go at the same time
If you've ever heard of the cinnamon challenge
Is it cinnamon? Is it definitely cinnamon?
It’s definitely cinnamon
It’s a teaspoon full of cinnamon
Are you going to be able to swallow it?
I think it’s just in your mouth isn't it? I actually don't know what the big problem is but I guess there is a problem
Alright cheers
Cheers
Oh my god
Oh man
That is like up my nose
My ribs hurt
So do mineI don't actually know what all the fuss was about to be honest
That was ok, that was fine
Seriously, don't try that at home
Try it at your fiends house so you mess up my kitchen look at this ****
Good luck cleaning that up
People do that on TV, what the hell where they…? How did somebody find that out?
It’s up my nose and everything somebody must have really liked cinnamon and said I think i’ll have a spoonful of that
It just absorbs all the moisture in your mouth like in a second and then it it’s just like..
Instantly
It’s like you’ve been asleep for a thousand years
Right, are we good?
