MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present this handsome and rarely seen 1957 Chevrolet 3100 pickup truck. This is the true classic Bowtie enthusiast’s truck! Finished in a dramatic deep rich Root beer Brown metallic paint job shows extremely well with only minor imperfections visible upon close inspection. Both the front and rear bumpers fit nicely and compliment the body. The black removable hardtop fits tightly on the truck.

The Chevrolet Task Force was Chevrolet’s successor to the Advance Design trucks. The Task Force Series ran from late 1955 (second series) through 1959. At GMC locations, it was called the Blue Chip Series. 1957 was the only year for more open grille. Hood is flatter with two spears on top, similar to the 1957 Bel Air. Fender emblems are still above fender line, but are now oval-shaped, as opposed to previous versions in script.

Inside, the Golden/beige front bench seat looks great with no major signs of wear visible. The door panels and dashboard are painted to match the exterior of the truck and look fantastic. Paint and body are exceptional with no visible evidence of repair or damage that we could find.

This nicely restored 3100 features a 235 cid inline 6 cylinder with dual Carter carburetors with Offenhauser intake manifolds, split exhaust manifold, aluminum radiator, 3-speed on the column manual transmission, custom tonneau cover and wood bed. For the hot days, this extremely good looking Chevrolet is equipped with air conditioning and a custom blue tooth stereo that will delight even the most discerning early American truck collector or enthusiast.

These Chevy trucks are becoming increasingly hard to find in such solid well kept condition. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!

Current mileage on the odometer shows 878, it is sold as is and is mileage exempt. The truck is being sold on a clean & clear title.
