This is the world famous Howrah Bridge. It is a Cantilever type of bridge made of steel & the sixth-longest bridge & most busiest bridge of its type in the world.
It has been the face of Kolkata for a long time. Popularly known as Howrah Bridge but it's official Name is Rabindra Setu.
On the 14 th. June, 1965 it was renamed  'Rabindra Setu' after the Great Bengali poet & Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore.
