Nils Hoffmann is next up on the non stop Dear Deer Records with a fresh pair of new tunes that come with a host of excellent remixes. Ellroy, Moritz Hofbauer and Tom Zeta. It adds up to another cultured package of inventive house music.

Moan is the opener and is a spooky, spine tingling house track with a spacious atmosphere that is coloured with mournful pads. The bass is melodic and the whole thing really hypnotises you. Ellroy remixes with a deep take on the original that has low sling bass sucking you in, then Moritz Hofbauer gets more edgy with his frazzled bass and sweeping chords. It's an epic tune that makes a big impact. Last of all, Tom Zeta offers a late night remix that has subtle tension in the keys and rubbery, slippery drums powering the track along with a real sense of intrigue.

Sirens of the Sea is the other Hoffmann original and it is brilliantly melodic, with dreamy keys and smooth grooves getting you in a blissed out trance. Once again then this is a superb package.
