Southeast Asia is famous for its street food, delighting tourists and locals alike with tasty, inexpensive dishes like banana crepe, spicy som tam (green papaya salad) in Bangkok or sizzling banh xeo crepes in Ho Chi Minh City. Eating Thai Crepe for street food in Vietnam was a way of life long before the region became popular with globe-trotting foodies. Vietnamese love Thai crepe because it’s cheap and easy to make. To add specialty to Vietnam street food, many street food vendors in Vietnam offer Thai crepe. They make Thai Crepe on their references, such as banana egg crepe or chicken ketchup crepe. Vietnamese seems to love those new creative crepe flavors. I have been to many food festivals in Vietnam and seen people there selling Thai Crepe at a crazy scale. So it's understandable that the kitchen looks a bit messy.
