This will work with any size hoop, but I recommend something smaller than 33 or 32" just because the heavier the hoop the harder its going to be (also harder with really tiny hoops... just find your sweet spot :D ) As always, let me know how it goes, what works and what doesn't and if you need any extra clarification and I'll try as hard as I can to help :) love you guys!
