- Paciente de 32 años, con patrón MPB NW II vertex , en tratamiento médico con minoxidil y dosis baja de finasteride. Donante con las siguientes características:

· Temporal: 56 micras de pelo; 77 UF/cm2; 187 pelos/cm2; 2,43 pelos/UF; CV de 10,47
· Parietal: 57 micras; 77 UF/cm2; 194 pelos/cm2; 2,52 pelos/UF; CV de 11.06
· Occipital: 59 micras; 80 UF/cm2; 199 pelos/cm2; 2,49 pelos/UF; CV de 11,74
TDA (área donante total) de 250 cm2 y TDC (capacidad donante total) de 10068 grafts (a 2,48 pelos/graft).

Se realiza intervención de 2501 grafts (6636 pelos) para restaurar 73 cm2 de coronilla, a una media de 2,65 pelos/graft (275 singles; 835 dobles; 924 triples; 420 cuádruples, 46 quíntuple, 1 séxtuple). Punch de 0.85 mm.

We carry out a  2501 grafts procedure (6636 hairs) to restore 73 cm2 on crown, at an average of 2,65 hairs/graft (275 singles; 835 doubles; 924 triples; 420 cuadruples, 46 quíntuple, 1 sextuple). Punch of 0.85 mm.
