모래 미술 예술가 Sand Painting Artist

애니메이션의 한 장르인 샌드애니메이션이라는 분야에서 최고로 인정받고 있다. 2008년 한 방송에 출연해 샌드애니메이션을 선보이며 많은 사람들에게 모래 위의 예술가로 알려졌다. 그는 나이키 광고를 포함해 수십 편의 tv시리즈, 뮤직비디오, 광고를 제작해 온 바, 뛰어난 능력을 인정받으며 명성을 얻어 왔다. 그는 한 가수의 뮤직비디오 감독을 맡아 국내에서는 처음으로 뮤직비디오에 샌드애니메이션 기법을 넣으며, 대중문화에서도 다양한 활동을 하고 있다.
애니메이션과 관련해 전공 교수로 임용되면서 틀을 깨는 노력, 한국의 젊은이들에게 새롭게 접근하는 창의력을 알려주고 싶다.는 소감을 밝혔다.

Jean G. Poulot has been appreciated as the best in a field of sand animation which is a genre of animation. He has been known 'an artist on the sand' by people since he appeared on certain broadcasting in 2008. He has produced TV series, music video, advertisement including Nike's ad. That's why he has renowned and been appreciated the ability. Expressing sand animation technique in music video as a director first in the Korea, he has done various activities in the popular culture.
Being appointed as a professor of animation major, he said "I want to let Korean students know effort breaking the conventionality and creativity accessing newly.
