Nuzlocke Rules: 
1. All fainted Pokemon are considered dead and must be released.
2. Only 1 Pokemon can be caught in each new area.
3. All Pokemon must be nicknamed.
Optional Rules:
1. Can only heal Pokemon at Pokecenters.
