I love a piece that just lies nicely for the instrument, and this is one I reckon.

I arranged the melody as a way to practise using reentrant strings and campanella style playing, even if in a limited way. So then started looking at 'padding out' the arrangement a little and came up with this version.

I was going to put the excellent 'Uke Hunt' Al's arrangement of the harmonic version at the end, but just couldn't quite remember it all in time for the recording - maybe next year!? But do check it out yourself http://ukulelehunt.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/silentnight.pdf

All that remains?

Merry Christmas to you all and best wishes.
Jules
