A Strategic Check-In: Program Roadmaps as a Helpful Tool

Sometimes, it makes sense to do a full-on, multi-year, outside facilitated strategic planning process. But in between, we need to do periodic check-ins to ensure our strategy makes sense, and is keeping up with the dynamics outside environment. This session will lay out the FIVE THINGS every program need so know/keep in mind to stay on track. We'll then show how very simplified logic models-"program roadmaps"-help guide you through those five things, and quickly identify the key areas of your strategy that require some short-term care and feeding. This process can yield refined goals, objectives, and strategies if you want; or just a set of strategic issue worth paying attention to.
